We are looking to add a qualified accountant to our team who is receptive of this approach.

This position would provide administrative accounting of all company transactions, and responsible for providing information and reports to management periodically.
Responsibilities include:
– Answering incoming calls as needed from prospective & current clients to: schedule appointments, process payments, answer customer inquiries, and coordinate & convey messages to respective departments/sales representatives.
– Register front end project details into project management system and QuickBooks.
– Take an active role in contacting clients regarding their invoice at the time of open billing.
– Properly apply expenses and project purchases to the order in QuickBooks, including permit charges, install material purchases and labor bills.
– Processing time sensitive permitting paperwork, maintaining efficient filing systems, and heavy paperwork handling.
– Providing management with weekly reports with current and relevant information.
– Pay and file state taxes for areas in which work is rendered.
– Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees.
– Track and register subcontractor COIs, 1099s and other registry information.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree and/or 5-7+ years experience in administrative or customer service oriented positions.
– Discretion and confidentiality when managing client project details.
– Strong Customer Service Background.
– Full comprehension, and proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically Microsoft Outlook.
– High level of verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment and prioritize daily workload.
– Familiarity with, or willingness to to learn, the Door, Window, Siding industry.
– Exemplary planning, time management, and administrative coordination skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
