BROAD OVERVIEW
Love your job! Join a fun and growing organization to oversee the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department. The right candidate will perform tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation, benefits and leave, disciplinary matters and investigations, performance and talent management, recognition and morale, occupational health and safety; and training and development.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Talent Acquisition
Work in collaboration with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants to adequately staff our team with candidates who fit our culture.
Onboard and Train
Work in collaboration with departmental managers to schedule and implement orientations to ensure compliance and role competency for new hires. With departmental managers to oversee the execution, documentation, and compliance of year-round training programs for the competency and development of our employees.
Employee Wellness and Engagement
Oversee and develop internal employee recognition programs and handle inquiries from applicants and employees, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff for continued resolution. Oversee the delivery and execution of Employee Satisfaction and Wellbeing Surveys to meet desired participation and performance metrics. Assist in the planning and execution of company parties and events to help live our core value of Have Fun!
Employee Performance Tracking
Oversee and assist departmental managers with employee goal creation, peer feedback, and performance assessments for the development and growth of each employee and our organization. Attend and participate in employee coaching/disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations to ensure consistent, fair, and thorough execution to ensure the well-being of the employee(s) and our organization.
Benefits Administration
Oversee all aspects of benefits administration for all benefit programs (Health, Dental, Vision 401(k), PTO, Uniforms, etc.) to ensure compliance in the programs adhering to budgetary guidance and adding value to the lives of our employees and their families.
HR Compliance
Continually develop knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Maintain and enact policies and practices in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to create a sound and desirable employment experience for applicants and employees.
Lead, Manage, Hold Accountable
Provide leadership & accountability to those around you through living Landmark Landscapes’ core values every day to maintain professionalism, ownership in our tasks and pride in our work.

Identify and build up potential leaders within the company to maximize each employee’s potential and satisfaction while improving company performance.
