Job Summary: Core responsibilities of this position include:
The Director of Athletics
is a full-time, benefited, position responsible for the planning, operation and administration of the Athletics and Recreational Activities
department including the Recreation and Athletics Complex (RAC) facility. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: directing,
coordinating and developing an NJCAA, NJCAA-E and NIRA collegiate athletic program that includes men’s/women’s soccer,
volleyball, men’s/women’s basketball, rodeo, and eSports; as well as student recreational programs, and overseeing the
administrative, marketing and fund raising activities that support the athletic programs. The Director of Athletics supports academic goals
of student athletes to ensure their academic success at LCCC. This position directs, coordinates, and develops community recreational
programming appropriate for the facilities, including intramural sports to create an engaged student body; and programs to engage the
community including, but not limited to summer camps for community and youth.

Compensation: This is a Managerial 5 position. Starting Salary: $78,450
