Laughlin Associates Hiring For Full Charge Bookkeeper at Carson City, NV Full Time

Desired results-

• Maintain the Company’s accounting records in a manner consistent with GAAP standards.
• AR – Process daily sales and renewals through the CRM. Reconcile sales with deposit daily. Update CRM to initiate fulfillment processes.
• AP – Receive and verify bills. Enter approved invoices into QuickBooks. Compile aging report for CFO. At CFO’s direction, process payments to Vendors. Manage Vendor communication.
• Reporting – Provide management with daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Organization – Maintain filing system, both physical and electronic, in an organized and efficient manner.
• Tax – Interface with Company’s CPA firm to assist in completing state and federal taxes.
• Reconciliation – Reconcile Bank, Credit Cards and vendor accounts monthly.
• 2 years experience using QuickBooks.
