Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist
Update and maintain employee records
Manage annual benefit open enrollment process
Work with hiring managers to recruit qualified candidates
Onboard new employees
Update and maintain HR policies and procedures
Prepare reports and analyze data
Perform other related duties and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Human Resources Generalist
Bachelor’s degree
1-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or equivalent
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
Good organizational skills
Team player
