Description And Requirements
As the Chief of Staff to the Executive Director of Global Sustainability services , you will collaborate closely with her, taking on a pivotal role in executing a myriad of tasks essential for propelling our business forward efficiently. Your responsibilities will span a diverse range, from in-depth research and data analysis to crafting insightful reports and recommendations and fostering seamless coordination between internal departments and external entities. Operating as a key component in our management team, you will contribute on strategy formation & implementation, business analytics & insights & key stakeholder management.
This role transcends mere administration; it is a highly strategic and facilitative position demanding a unique blend of focus, adaptability, and a proactive approach to communication. As the trusted advisor this role requires strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and adept analytical and interpersonal skills. A customer-centric mindset is paramount, aligning priorities with customer needs and differentiating our offerings in a competitive landscape.
