LeverX Group Hiring for IT Recruiter / HR Associate at Remote Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Seek and find necessary candidates (from junior specialists to heads of companies): evaluating candidates skill level, conducting phone interviews, managing the recruitment process from inception to the job offer;
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders within the US and abroad;
• Cope with HR-related activities (exit interviews, deal with employees adaptation, development, assessment, and even their entertainment)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience 1 year of progressively responsible experience in Recruiting and HR Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
