We are currently seeking ambitious and driven candidates to join our graduate Regulatory rotation program called Liberty Foundations. The Liberty Foundations program is a two-year rotational program that will begin for the new hire in June 2024 and is designed to provide new graduates with the breadth of experience in the Utilities industry.
In your first month of the program, you will start a journey of understanding more about our company with an organizational orientation. This will include short rotations across several functional departments within the Utility, to gain an understanding of operations and your connection to adjacent functions. You will also join your cohorts on various site visits. This overview will help launch the foundation of learning you will receive throughout the program. At the completion of our in-depth orientation, you will take part in three, 7-month rotations in our Regulatory Stream at Londonderry, NH location. The combined 2-year rotation program will provide you with industry-specific technical and professional experiences, that will benefit your career advancement opportunities here at Liberty at the conclusion of the rotation program.
