The Capture Manager for Southern Europe will serve as part of the Southern EUCOM Global Pursuits team and will have responsibility for covering selected strategic European countries and new market pursuits, and to enable the success of country and capture leads’ pursuits, programs, and initiatives.
Supports Regional Director in development of relationships and engagement with senior-level customers to enable pursuits across region.
Develops strategy and conducts engagement with customers at all levels for countries in portfolio.
Develops customer profiles to understand and provide expert advice to executive leadership on the country’s political, military, and industrial profile, includes key decision makers and influencers to promote, market, and keep sold all Aeronautics platforms.
Works with LM Government Affairs (LMGA), Global Business Development (GBD), International Trade Compliance (ITC), and Lines of Business to obtain US government policy and advocacy to enable new LM Aero international business opportunities.
Responsible for leading internal LM teams in the creation of briefings, information responses and white papers that are used internally and externally to educate senior government and industry leaders.
Serve as POC for regional visitors and ensure compliance with all BD processes, policies and procedures.
Works closely with the LM Corporate Strategy, and Global Business Development to align capture and pursuit priorities across the corporation.
Travels approximately 25% of the time and occasionally over the weekend to support the Long Range Plan and overall international growth plan.
