Position: Human Resources Manager FSLA Status: Exempt
Reports to: Global Director HR & EHS Department: Human Resources
JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Manager position is primarily responsible for aligning site human resources processes and solutions to meet the business needs of their location. They will serve on the Plant Leadership and other location functional teams and partner with the Plant Manager and other staff leaders to optimize performance. Work with local and divisional leadership to determine strategic and tactical plans to achieve business results while maintaining positive associate relations. Ensure that HR systems remain in compliance with all local, state, federal and corporate requirements. Support diversity and other community events and initiatives within the plant and community.
