LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is part of the LVMH Group.

Provide generalist support to the North America teams (multi-brand) to improve the full employee life cycle including but not limited to efficiency and productivity in areas such as; employee relations, brand initiatives, and employee engagement.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a true HR Business Partner Corporate business areas including but not limited to IT, Finance, Supply Chain.
• Partner with all levels of the organization to help enhance the employee experience and support the business strategy through HR activities.
• Provide coaching and counseling to ensure the appropriate handling of employee relations issues.
• Shares recommendations with the VP, HR for resolution.
• Fosters a culture that values diversity and inclusion demonstrating fair and consistent management practices.
• Identify and share insights regarding opportunities and themes in the business to proactively drive an inclusive environment.
• Partner with VP, HR to create policies and procedures that best support the people and the business.
• Proactively assess employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement sound solutions.
• Partner with managers on successful career coaching in order to drive high performance.
• Partner with VP, HR as needed on work process changes and change management associated with org design/redesign initiatives.
• Special projects and miscellaneous duties, as needed.

• 5 + years of Human Resources Generalist exp.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws
• Team orientation with the ability to establish credibility with internal/external partners
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience dealing with ambiguity and developing trusting relationships with employees
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues
