Quick Highlights:
· Salary $42,000, non-exempt, paid semi-monthly on the 2nd & 16th
· Schedule 8:00 am- 5:00 pm CT, Hour Lunch
· Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision paid 100% by Lynn HR for employee only
· Unlimited PTO, 13 paid Holidays
· Simple IRA Retirement Plan 2% of salary automatically contributed by Lynn HR after 1st year
· This role is primarily working remote, with the exception of meeting with local team and clients a couple times a month
Hello potential Lynn HR team member! My name is Ariana Attigliato. I am the CEO and Co-Founder of Lynn HR Consulting. Jannis, my business partner and fabulous mother and I started Lynn HR on September 11th, 2020. What a day and what a year. Thankfully, we have seen tremendous success and growth since beginning a couple of years ago. Now, we are at a place where we are looking for more amazing HR professionals to join our team! We are a small but mighty human resource consulting firm based out of Franklin, TN. Our team currently consists of 7 team members, and we are looking to grow! We, as a team, have put a lot of thought into what role would not only support our clients but also Lynn HR as a whole, so we created the HR Coordinator position. Our goal for this role is to ultimately develop into an HR Manager who takes on their own clients, but in the interim learns how we function as a team and as an outsourced HR department for all different types of industries and sizes. We feel the best way to learn what we do is to jump right in with the right support. This role will interact with everyone on the team and their respective clients. We are lucky to have clients throughout all of the U.S. but rarely need to travel to interact with them. Our local TN clients we do visit at whatever cadence is appropriate for their business. We also plan in-person touch bases as a team.

What does the work look like?
· Supports Lead HR Consultants with current clients
· Provides administrative support to the Lynn HR team
· Acts as a liaison between the client, LynnHR Team and external partners, i.e.; benefits/retirement providers and vendors, payroll providers, Accountants and CPA firms, etc.
· Conducts or assists with new hire orientation for our clients
· Assists with planning and execution of special events such as employee surveys, benefits/ retirement enrollment, client meetings, employee recognition events, and service awards.
· Collaborates with the HR team during the recruiting process by finding potential candidates, performing background checks, checking their references, creating offer letters and distributing/ collecting employment paperwork (May assist in screening resumes and doing initial interviews)
· Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers to more complex questions to appropriate HR Lead.
· Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation such as I-9 records, employment files etc. for clients
· Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and maintained appropriately according to retention rules.
Day-to-day: What can you expect?
· Meetings with Lynn HR Team & Clients
· Phone calls with employees
· Time to work on projects, forms etc. to support the work that needs to be created for our clients
What prior experience would best support your transition into our HR Coordinator role?
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Minimum 2 years of HR experience required
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field would be great
· SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired
· Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications
· Use of Microsoft 365 and Office Suite & Google Workspace

We know working in HR and for multiple businesses requires flexibility on both ends which isn’t always easily defined in set working hours (although we do have them), so we just figure it out with great communication and supporting each other in getting the work done to the best of our ability and in a timely manner.
