Job Summary:
Strategically aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated Divisions. Lead the effective implementation of all HR initiatives across assigned business groups to ensure achievement of objectives. Partner with HR team to improve processes within the organization to increase the level and quality of service provided to business.
Duties and Responsibilities
Builds effective relationships remotely and partners closely with Division Leadership to provide support as it relates to the development, coordination and execution of HR policies, procedures and programs.
Lead employee relations with assigned Divisions. Serves as the first point of contact for managers and provides coaching and direction as it relates to employee questions, inquiries and concerns; conducts internal investigations and partners with internal and external counsel, as needed.
Ensure excellent HR operations associated with generalist responsibilities which include: diversity, compensation practices, benefits, HR systems, leave management, and talent acquisition.
Support and drive communication related to annual programs such as performance management, pay and performance, incentive compensation, benefits and HR policies and procedures.
Assist in development and delivery of training to managers and employees to include manager training, open enrollment, new hire orientation and various HR initiatives.
Takes the lead on department projects with the ability to look for efficiencies and improvements and utilize project management methodology.
Participates in development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals.
Required Skills
Minimum Education Experience
Bachelor s degree required
5+ years of progressive HR experience as a generalist
Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, procedures, as well as Federal & State regulations with a background in associate relations.

Ability to handle multiple priorities within time constraints and deadlines; function well under pressure.
Strong team orientation and ability to build collaborative internal and external relationships.
Excellent consulting skills, strong conflict management skills along with superior verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively interface with individuals at all levels.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
In office position with some travel required.
