Magnolia Foods LLC is currently seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team in Rialto, CA 92376. About the Role: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all payroll and human resources related functions of the Company. This includes processing payroll, employment verification, taxation forms and benefits, as well as maintaining employee data, handling payroll questions, and completing any other tasks necessary for monitoring and overseeing a company’s payroll process. What You’ll Do: Assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies/procedures manual Supports benefits administration including tracking eligibility, enrollment, claims resolution, change reporting, invoice reconciliation, and communicating benefit information to employees Process weekly payroll for employees using ADP TotalSource Review’s payroll documentation for accuracy through ADP audit reports and makes any necessary adjustments. Obtains necessary approvals. Responsible for gathering all required payroll data, including timesheets, deductions, direct deposit, and process garnishments. Updates overtime reports. Responsible for resolving all payroll issues with the terminated employees, such as final checks and unemployment information. Communicates with the Human Resources Department to ensure the integrity of the payroll data including data related to new hires, terminations, transfers, and rate changes. Makes updates, as necessary. Review agency invoices for accuracy. Conducts orientations to all new employees by issuing forms and verifying completion. Completes data entry for new employees’ setups. Maintain all personnel employee records. Process employee’s voluntary or involuntary terminations. Assist with additional support as needed in the Human Resources department. Conducts interviews. Maintains records by maintaining applications, résumés, interviews, and applicant logs. Researches and resolves questions from managers and employees as they relate to the processing of payroll information such as vacation, sick days, banking, garnishments, employment verifications, retroactive pay calculations, tax questions, and other changes. Our Ideal Candidate: Education and Experience Minimum 5 years of Payroll and Human Resources experience within a Manufacturing environment Bilingual in Spanish required Required Skills and Abilities Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Showing some payroll experience (ADP Workforce). Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills. Time management. Able to handle highly confidential information. Must be detail oriented. Able to adhere to tight deadlines.
