The Human Resources Manager provides administration with various human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, talent management, benefits, employee relations (including investigations), communications and off-boarding of employees. Serves as a coach to managers on a broad variety of HR issues to provide an understanding of HR policies, systems, and management best practices. This job position administers multiple tasks and achieves strong outcomes in an environment with multiple shifting priorities. The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the Director of Human Resources. This job position provides an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with various aspects of human resources administration in a small HR department.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required. SHRM and/or HRCI certification is strongly preferred. 8-10 years Human Resources experience is required. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations (federal and state) is required. Demonstrates good judgment, time management, and decision-making abilities. Strong interpersonal skills would be required with the proven ability for effective verbal and written communications. Maintain confidentiality and discretion as needed.
