We are actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!
Work Responsibilities:
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
Post jobs to internal and external job boards and other viable recruiting sites
Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media and applicant tracking system
Screen candidate resumes for relevant skills and qualifications
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit to position requirements
Manage interview scheduling (in-person and virtual)
Administer candidate assessments/evaluations
Lead status reviews on active searches and calibration discussions with HR and/or hiring managers
Develop and update job postings/descriptions
Partner with external recruiting agencies when needed
Conduct background check and drug screen requirements
Complete post-offer process including drafting and sending offer letter, initiating background check and drug screen, and hiring candidate as an employee into HRIS platform
Build talent pipeline/networks for key roles
Analyze talent acquisition/recruiting market trends
Create short and long-term recruiting/talent strategy
Create and maintain social media platforms used to attract candidates (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor)
Support additional Human Resources functions and projects as needed
Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions required
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems required; Workday experience preferred
Demonstrated success in developing and deploying recruiting strategies for hard to fill roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and maintain confidentiality is required
Requires superior interpersonal abilities. This individual must have the ability to get along with diverse personalities, while being tactful, mature, and flexible
Resiliency and flexibility to multitask in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize multiple demands, identify/solve problems creatively, and follow-through on commitments
Knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations, and procedures
