Position Summary:
Are you passionate about people and excited to make a positive impact with every employee interaction? We are looking for a collaborative team player to join our Benefits team and support the administration of our employee benefit programs.

Areas of responsibility:

• Administer company-wide health and welfare benefit programs
• Primary point of contact for all benefits related inquiries from employees and respond to questions in a timely manner
• Process enrollment changes for new hires and life events in Workday
• Coordinate with external benefits vendors and carriers
• Reconcile benefits invoices and audit data for any discrepancies
• Monitor and review weekly benefits integrations and coordinate to resolve any errors
• Support the annual benefits open enrollment process
• Support the new hire onboarding process
• Partner with cross functional teams including HRIS and Payroll
• Assist with leave of absence processes, requests and, coordination with carrier

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years relevant benefits administration experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Experience with HRIS; Workday experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent communication, customer support, and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of the team
• Ability to handle data and employee information with the highest level of integrity when it comes to confidentiality and ethics
