Job Description

– Providing human resources support including but not limited to company policies, recruiting, onboarding, providing employment law expertise, and solving employee relations problems such as investigations, mediations, progressive discipline, employment terminations, etc.
– Track performance ratings and compile HR-related statistics for assigned group(s).
– Update employee records with changes and/or corrections in employment status, including salary, position information, scheduled hours, and personal information.
– Assist hiring managers in choosing appropriate company jobs to best suit business needs; draft or edit new job descriptions as need arises.
– Collaborate with Recruiting team throughout the recruitment process; serve as intermediary between Recruiting and hiring manager.
– Communicating all HR actions to our staffing partners (attendance, corrective actions, hiring decisions, staffing & employment changes, LOA, etc.)
– Tracking and maintaining attendance and reporting daily to HR; interfacing with Operations and IT.
– Assisting HR Analyst and Project IT staff with new user staging information
– Provides administrative support to HR Management
– Preparing weekly report on key Staffing Numbers
– Delivers clear and accurate information to operations, HR and staffing partners
– Performs other duties as may be assigned by HR management.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred. Sufficient experience will be considered in leu of degree.
– 3-5 years of related professional experience required.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
– Strong customer service skills.
– Able to use good judgement with highly confidential information..

PC Operating System: Minimum Windows 10
Smartphone required
Pay: $25 per hour MUST BE WILLING TO WORK Mon-Fri 8am- 5pm PST supporting our CALIFORNIA PROJECT
