The HR Coordinator will support our contingent/temporary REMOTE workforce, working closely with project leadership, operations managers and supervisors and our staffing agency partners to:
– Provide employee relations support to Operations and Project management staff; handles time/attendance issues, performance coaching issues, investigations and terminations.
– Responds to requests for support on disciplinary action
– Works with staffing agencies and partners to ensure regular and consistent communication with temporary staff
· Delivers clear information to operations, HR and clients
· Ensures data accuracy
· Performs other duties as may be assigned by corporate management.

Minimum PC RAM Memory: 4 GB of RAM / Preferred 8 GM RAM
PC Operating System: Minimum Windows 10
Smartphone required
Pay: $23-25 per hour; opportunity to convert to full time after 90-days
Successful candidate must be willing to work Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm PST; begins immediately.
