What we’re looking for in a team member:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources
- 3-5 years of human resources administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to details
- Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
What you’ll typically be doing:
- Work closely with the HR Director to provide support as needed on highly confidential human resource matters and special projects.
- Process mail
- Participating in recruitment efforts
- Posting job ads and internal job postings.
- Assemble, distribute and track candidate offer packets and required actions.
- Work with new hires to collect necessary paperwork.
- Maintain all electronic employee files.
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
- Interact with benefits providers regarding enrollments and changes in status, track employee enrollment timing, monitor benefit billing and audits
- Explain medical, dental, life insurance, disability, 401(k), etc. benefits to employees.
- Participate in all training initiatives.
- Provide customer service to team members
- Completing termination paperwork and sending exit interviews.
