Mid South Roller, a leading manufacturer of precision-covered rubber rollers used in myriad manufacturing processes.
MSR is seeking a Human Resources Generalist at its Arlington, Texas, facility to administer bi-weekly payroll and handle all human resources responsibilities for the local plant. In addition, this role handles local Accounts Payable.
Position is open for part-time or full-time, and depending on the candidate/schedule/skill set, could include additional duties. Office hours are M-Th 8:00-5:00, F 8:00-2:00.
Flexibility and willingness to be a team player are critical. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are imperative. Mature judgement and discretion are required.

Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Bi-weekly payroll administration
- On-site Human Resources contact
- On-site benefits administrator: health, dental, vision, STD/LTD, 401(k), etc.
- Maintenance of personnel files
- Accounts Payable
