Midi Health Hiring for Human Resources Operations Specialist at Remote Full Time

Midi is seeking an experienced Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing start-up.

This position is Operations-specific (working with HRIS, ensuring compliance) and not an HRBP or employee relations position.

This position will be responsible for all HR Operations, including:

• Set up and implementation of Lattice and other HR technology tools as needed
• Maintain all HR tools, to include Rippling, Lattice
• Interface with payroll and accounting vendors
• Ensure compliance with all State and Federal employment laws
• Advise, manage and keep the organization in compliance with benefits/programs, including FMLA and disability

We are seeking someone with the following experience and skills:

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations (required)
• 3+ years of experience working in a multi-state organization (required)
• 3+ years of experience working in a healthcare organization (required)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (highly preferred)
• SHRM or PHR certification (highly preferred)
• Expert level experience using Lattice (required)
• Thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing technology-heavy environment
• Strong desire to implement creative ways to motivate, engage and retain staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
