Work as second in command in our kitchen. Dinner service shifts, work can be fast paced in high season. You should have experience on all stations in a kitchen and be able to run the line on days when Head Chef is not there. We will provide relocation assistance and a one time $1000 bonus after one month of service. Other incentive bonuses available every season. We serve Vermont fare, using local ingredients when available and featuring a diverse menu and daily specials. Your creativity is welcome to aid in shaping future menu and specials.
