As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing day to day HR-related duties and collaborating with HR management and team in supporting MDI. You will lead local recruiting efforts and provide support for safety, workers compensation, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training functions at our Hibbing location. A successful candidate will maintain HR compliance, contribute to innovative HR practices, and play a strategic role in ensuring an environment that enables and includes all employees.
