Minnesota Lung Center (MLC) was established in 1974 to provide comprehensive specialty care for people with respiratory health needs. All MLC physicians are certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases and/or Critical Care. Minnesota Sleep Institute (MSI) was established as a division of Minnesota Lung Center and is dedicated to advancing the field of sleep disorders medicine, and providing state of the art diagnostic and treatment services. All MSI physicians are Board Certified in Sleep Medicine. Each of our sleep centers is accredited through the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Minnesota Lung Center also has a Research division and a CPAP division.
We are an independent practice with 7 physicians, 6 advanced practice providers, registered nurses and respiratory therapists. We have multiple locations and seek to have the following join our team:
Sleep Care Coordinator
Work as part of a small team with a focus on innovating processes for tracking new patient referrals, scheduling consultation appointments, and diagnostic sleep testing procedures and other duties as assigned.
Volume based and quality performance metrics require the ideal candidate to have demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced hospital or clinic support team environment, with proficient use of electronic health records (EHR) and electronic practice management (EPM) systems, as well as Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
