Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Talent Acquisition Director establishes, implements, and monitors effective and creative talent acquisition strategies to support Moore’s staffing needs in locations throughout the US. This position attracts top talent to Moore and ensures a positive customer experience for all who interact with company. The Talent Acquisition Director takes a lead role in the optimization of the company’s applicant tracking system, ensuring problem resolution, system improvement, and data integrity. The professional achieves this through identifying trends, driving change, and assessing progress while managing stakeholders’ needs and expectations.
