New York City based Commercial Cleaning company is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to help with various staffing tasks within the company. The job tasks include the following:
– Evaluating and responding to prospective job candidates
– Scheduling and conducting Zoom interviews with potential candidates
– Create a waitlist/on call list of prospective candidates who are ready to work
– Conduct the onboarding process for new employees
– Answer employee questions pertaining to their hours/paycheck, etc.
Qualitifcations:
– Must have a working smartphone and laptop (Company does not provide)
– Must be proficient with programs such as Microsoft Word, email, Zoom, Google Drive, and other similar programs
– Must have experience in hiring/HR/and or staffing
Hours and Location
– This job will be 100% remote
– 10 Hours per week. Hours are flexible
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
