Responsibilities:
The Corporate Recruiter’s main goal is to efficiently and effectively fill open positions by building viable talent pipelines, fostering a great candidate experience and act as an internal business partner. This role will be supporting several locations throughout the US, develop local recruiting plans using traditional sourcing strategies and new, creative recruiting ideas.
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, assessing and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and supervisor positions throughout the company. Fulfilling the tactical objectives of a business through hiring. This position will help to deliver the best talent to the organization, building relationships with the leaders and hiring to identify talent that meets our business requirements.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Include the following:
Recruits potential employees via recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sources. Schedules and confirms interview schedules with candidates and Hiring Managers.
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.
Assists in compensation negotiations, and prepares all job offers.
Support several locations throughout the US, sourcing candidates through various apps such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.
Able to easily navigate Recruitment Technology such as iCIMS ATS and other tools.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
Complete all projects and tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Follow the company’s safety, sexual harassment, discrimination and general employee policies.

Key result areas
Timely review of applicants who have applied via the applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
Build and deploy effective recruitment marketing campaigns specific to the job opening.
Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites using sophisticated Boolean search language.
Source candidates via social media channels and deep web sourcing techniques.
Throughout the process, keeps a strong pulse on the interest levels and/or concerns of top candidates.
Conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews that are infused with industry/role specific probing questions as the conversation/interview dictates.
Influencing the Hire
Keep candidates engaged throughout process.
Continuously build talent pipeline to ensure there are multiple candidates in play at all times.
Keep hiring manager up to date on recruitment process and any market changes that would impact the hiring process or talent community.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business; or equivalent work experience in a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of technical (Engineering/ Manufacturing) recruitment experience.
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, good time management and organizational skills, and ability to multi-task while under pressure and complete tasks.

Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15
