Our client is a global leading international pharmaceutical company and CDMO.
The company has been highly successful and managed strong organic and inorganic growth over the past decade, especially in the area of Biologics.
Morgan Philips Executive Search has been retained to find a Global Head of Operations Biologics (f/m/d) who will globally run operations of the Biologics business unit with a total of 4 sites in US and Europe. The role would to the Group COO and require presence on the East Coast of the US.
We are looking for candidates who have held responsibility in operations across multiple sites with a responsibility for at least $50 million in revenue. You should have experience in Biopharma/ Biologics manufacturing and managed international teams in a multicultural setting with a strong background in manufacturing & operations.
Besides the organic and inorganic growth of the business a major challenge lies in the standardization and harmonization of processes combined with a strong communication to further drive change and optimization of the organization.
