Essential Physical Tasks
Lifting: Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10lbs.
Vision: Able to read and analyze data in hard copy and on a computer screen. Ability to measure or identify using eyesight.
Sitting for extended periods of time.
Work is performed in an office environment with quiet to moderate noise levels.

Job Description
Position Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist position implements and manages Morinaga’s human resources programs by providing human resources services to include talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations.
