Specific recruiting responsibilities include:
Source passive candidates on various professional and business-related social media platforms
Engage passive and active candidates via phone, email and text
Coordinate and schedule virtual or office interviews between candidate and hiring team
Participate in phone screens and reference checks on candidates; relay information to appropriate hiring team
Post online job ads through ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, college websites, and professional society websites
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field, preferred not required
2 or more years of relevant experience as indicated above
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills; attention to detail and marketing skills
Proven ability to work in a face paced environment with changing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
Self-motivated, proactive, and personable with results driven personality
Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with occasional overtime as required. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime paid at time and a half for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week. Dress code is business casual. This position will initially be “in-office”, with potential for a hybrid schedule after a period of 6-9 months.
