WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Serve an assigned business line supporting hiring managers across multiple geographic markets.
Understand the assigned business, audience & develop personalized solutions providing the desired ROI.
Manage full life cycle recruitment activities (planning thru onboarding) for assigned business lines/departments/roles.
Act as primary recruiter for salaried and commission roles (sales and branch management level roles)
Source and identify talent through a variety of internal and external channels to drive a funnel of top talent interested in organization s open roles.
Communicate with candidates and applicants via phone, web-based meeting software , and face-face interviews.
Understand and communicate organization s employer value proposition then r epresent organization as an “Employer of Choice”.
Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to create ideal candidate profiles and hiring strategies.
Manage all activity within the organization s applicant tracking system in a timely and accurate manner.
Partner with stakeholders to communicate salary data and provide recommendations.
Consistently evaluate the interview and assessment process to ensure quality while also optimizing the candidate experience.
Stay abreast of technology and recruiting tools to drive process improvement and resource optimization.
Assist in developing and executing an integrated diversity strategy across all areas of the organization.
Leverage storytelling, data , and metrics to inform organizational approach, communicate priorities and measure progress.
Manage third party recruiter , contingent labor, and external job board postings for assigned roles .
Support initiatives, including attending leadership meetings, presenting regional training, executing campus/military strategies, and building diversity recruiting program.
Travel to various live events to represent and build appropriate pipeline .
Participate in development and execution of strategic initiatives related to the recruiting functions.
Consult on and be accountable for achieving goals for time to hire, diversity, and cost per hire.

Experience & Education
3+ years experience in full cycle recruiting
College degree or additional experience providing necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities
