MrBeast Hiring for Strategy Coordinator at Greenville, NC Full Time

What you will be doing:

  • Assisting the strategy team leads across a variety of data and research-related tasks
  • Creating visually compelling presentations and reports efficiently
  • Utilizing topic knowledge of YouTube, including YouTube Studio and familiarity with YouTube and media-related metrics such as APV, AVD, retention curves, impressions, ctr, and more
  • Extracting, cleaning, and visualizing data and information from diverse sources
  • Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Having familiarity with the YouTube API and brand monitoring tools is a plus

What do you need to have to be great at this role:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience in conducting in-depth research, interviews, and assembling comprehensive reports
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in manipulating and analyzing large data sets
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Streamlit) is a plus
  • Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus
