Human Resources Administrator Summary Description (Summarize the role in 2-3 sentences by capturing major areas of responsibility) The Human Resources Administrator role will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources Coordinator and the Field HR team on Administrative and Compliance processes. Job Duties & Responsibilities % of Time Administrative Support – Coordinates equipment and on boarding materials for new hires for Field HR – Runs/distributes various weekly and ad-hoc reports as necessary – Plan and support on site meetings for the field team – Assist and manage DSGN SharePoint sites – Coordinate calendars, meeting agendas, materials/supplies, and business travel as needed – Conduct case information entry in various systems, including document scanning 40% Compliance Support – Run/distribute the daily I-9 reporting – Manage daily I-9 issues from the stores (correcting and assigning out of compliance I-9 cases) – Run/distribute quarterly I-9 reporting as needed – Give I-9 access to store teammates upon request – Process all unemployment claims – Handle physical unemployment mail in the office – Assign unemployment hearings and decisions – Handle State Unemployment claims from specific states “LWC – Employment Audit Response Portal” – Manage field employment verifications 40% Legal Support – Upload state supplements onto DSGN – Pull teammates personnel files for legal review when requested – Open mail for legal and scan to appropriate contact – Handle yearly personnel file projects
