Operations Manager ($26-$32/hr DOE)When joining our management team as an Operations Manager you will have the opportunity to organize our daily tasks while working closely with our vendors and our team of managers. We are looking for a professional manager seeking to grow with our team and do what it takes to get the job done!Maui is the number one market for Vacation Rentals and you will represent one of the fastest growing companies in the Vacation Rental Business. Overview of Responsibilities

• Effectively gather information from our property management database and delegate the list of tasks to complete for the day.
• Clearly communicate responsibilities to team members and vendors during daily meetings.
• Stay proactive in training and monitoring vendors’ and employees’ performance.
• Must be very comfortable with learning new computer software.
• Maintain a trained team and tracking hours worked.
• A high degree of sound morals, we expect honesty in all work done.
• Having a friendly and patient demeanor is essential in this position.
• Maintain a positive attitude through difficult days.
• Great work ethic, like Olympic Gold Medal worthy!
• Be efficient in Microsoft Office programs and Google Docs
• Multitasking skills (we aren’t talking about chewing gum and walking, think harder core)

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or higher
• Prior administrative support and/or management experience
• Computer savvy
• General knowledge of Maui resorts and condos

Job Type: Full-timePay: $26.00 – $32.00 per hourBenefits:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekend availability
