Executive Director of Enrollment
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Executive Director of Enrollment is a member of the Sr. Leadership Team. As such, this role directly contributes to the development and ongoing support of overall operational and strategic initiatives, both short and long-term with an emphasis and ownership of sales, revenue growth & profitability.
The Executive Director of Enrollment is in charge of creating the organizational structure of each enrollment department and is responsible for the operations and performance of these teams by ensuring there is a seamless student experience from lead inquiry to enrollment. This will be conducted by evaluating the processes from lead inquiry handling, to the IT Career Gateway, the Admissions Advisor, and Financial Aid. This is accomplished by implementing strong systems of communication and by ensuring each department has complimentary goals and metrics, as well as robust selling strategies in both Inside Sales and admissions that are compliant with all regulatory agencies under which MyComputerCareer operates.
The Executive Director of Enrollment will work with department leaders in Admissions, the Contact Center, and Financial Aid to identify and develop prospecting/recruitment strategies, company culture, policies and procedures, and complex CRM technologies, such as the IT Career Gateway, Salesforce, Five9, Zoom, and Google Suite. This role is responsible for evaluating the statistical performance of the Admissions, Contact Center, and Financial Aid departments, and as such, works closely with the Contact Center Director, the Sr. Directors and Directors of Admissions, Assistant Directors of Admissions, Sr. Director of Financial Planning, and Contact Center Assistant Directors to find solutions to problems that arise based upon data and analytics.
The Executive Director of Enrollment also coordinates training for upcoming new hires within the
departments and ensures accuracy to provide a world-class onboarding experience. The Executive Director of Enrollment is responsible for the professional development and success of all new hires. The Executive Director of Enrollment is also responsible for the execution of the career pathing model to assist in employee retention across the enrollment team.. The Executive Director of Enrollment is responsible for executing departmental rollouts, knowledge and preparation of ASER documents and the Career Gateway. The Executive Director of Enrollment is also to ensure that the proper Admissions, Financial Aid, and Contact Center training and development is taking place throughout the department. The Executive Director of Enrollment is responsible for building a department that is focused and motivated on student success along with their own career progression all while being ethical and compliant. This role is responsible for creating a dynamic team with great employee retention that meets the goals established by the company and has a culture that aligns with MyComputerCareer’s mission, core values, and purpose. The Executive Director of Enrollment will directly to the President of MyComputerCareer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide dynamic leadership to direct s, including the Contact Center Director and Sr. Directors of Admissions and Financial Planning
Work with departmental leaders to plan, create and implement training programs for current and new enrollment team members
Communicate with the Senior Leadership team regarding performance, progress, and concerns
Work closely with the marketing team to design effective, professional, and exciting marketing and/or sales materials for the Enrollment teams
Develop and update policy and procedures for the enrollment teams and support staff
Create and design sales processes and strategies
Ensure excellent communication between the Contact Center, Admissions, and Financial Aid
Manage statistical data within the Enrollment team to ensure data is accurate and being used properly to improve performance
Keep records for all departments of all in-service training provided to staff for ing to ACCET
Conduct analytics to identify and define future training needs
Ensure all Admissions, Financial Aid, and Contact Center practices within the departments are compliant and ethical
Assess weekly, monthly, and annual statistics to ensure the achievement of conversions and enrollment standards are being met and exceeded by leading the strategic planning, development and implementation of Career Gateway initiatives via phone, email, chat, and text with prospects
Identify, support development and oversee ongoing improvement of technical products that increase efficiency and elevate the student and employee experience.
Meet regularly with the Sr. Directors, Directors, and Assistant Directors of Admissions, Financial Aid, and the Contact Center to hold them accountable for their performance, develop strategies, and uncover and solve problems
Supports development and implementation of all email marketing/lead nurturing strategy in conjunction with the Chief Marketing Officer
Ensure dashboards and s are updated and accurate
Audit prospective student records and enrollment processes to monitor compliance with regulatory agencies
Provide coaching and guidance to the Sr. Directors, Directors, and Assistant Directors of Admissions, Financial Aid, and the Contact Center to develop leadership skills, career paths, and succession planning
Outline daily responsibilities for the Sr. Directors, Directors, and Assistant Directors of Admissions, Financial Aid, and the Contact Center and holds them accountable for completing daily, weekly and monthly tasks
Ensure staffing levels throughout the departments are appropriate based on business needs
Ensures each employee within the departments are receiving the proper coaching and Training
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
