About the role
In this Program Manager, HR Compliance role, you will use your background in compliance and employee relations to partner with key stakeholders including Legal, Human Resources, functional and field leaders to drive and deliver initiatives in the areas of compliance, policy, procedure, and employee relations. This position will report to the Senior Manager HR Compliance and Employee Relations. This is a remote role and may require occasional travel to an MyEyeDr. office location.
You Will
Research changes in laws and regulations, analyze their impact on the organization, communicate findings and align on tactics for execution
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners in updating or developing HR policies and practices to ensure consistency across MyEyeDr
Develop communication plan with HR COEs, HRBP’s and leaders on new or updated HR practices
Build and conduct compliance audits of HR Practices
Compile and analyze data and statistics for trends regarding compliance with employment laws.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Coordinate with cross-disciplined team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Manage employee issues, conflict resolution, performance concerns and corrective action in conjunction with HRBP’s and Managers.
Provide guidance and interpretation on MyEyeDr policies, procedures, and best practices, to ensure the core principles of MyEyeDr are upheld through consistency, fairness and according to our vision and values.
Prepare and deliver presentations for leadership and key stakeholders in partnership with HR COE’s and leaders of MyEyeDr.
About You
5+ years’ experience in Human Resources with a focus on compliance and/or Employee Relations
Prior experience working in a complex organization with multiple state locations
Experience working in a healthcare organization or Big Box retailor is a plus
Bachelor’s degree required
HR Certifications preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including expert skills in PowerPoint and Excel
Project Management expertise
Strong critical thinking, problem solving expertise
