Nest Homes has a great opportunity for an experienced personnel professional or someone who has the attention to detail and excel skills required to succeed in the role. The successful candidate may be looking for 20 hours per week or a full time career at the Company.
Location: Mooresville, North Carolina
Job Title: HR Analyst – Benefits Admin and Payroll
Essential Functions
· Primary charge for day-to-day on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
· Daily tracking of beneifts
– Analyze and prepare Excel spreadsheets
– Assist with Software Go-Live from legacy payroll to modular HRIS
– Prepare personnel files and assist with documentation
– Solid documentation in dropbox and other needed file storage for federal compliance
– Make and record timely payments in the retirement savings account
· Insurance Administration and reporting
– ACA compliance
– Record keeping of plans and audit data feeds to ensure accuracy
