MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3-5 years of professional recruiting experience required.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency with social media platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell our story of what makes NEWPRO a top place to work.
Knowledge of key job boards and their strengths.
History of working in work environments with a high sense of urgency and volume.
Ability to assist with networking and job fair events.
Experience with recruiting analytics.

$65,000-70,000 yearly salary.
