NEWPRO is looking for a highly creative and motivated Corporate Recruiter who is seeking opportunities, challenges, and growth within their expertise, to join our strategic recruiting team.
With support from the Human Resources , you will be responsible to support our growth and extend our recruiting reach. Our company mission is to help people live better lives by delivering a hassle-free, first-class home improvement experience and this includes our employees!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3-5 years of professional recruiting experience required.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency with social media platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell our story of what makes NEWPRO a top place to work.
Knowledge of key job boards and their strengths.
History of working in work environments with a high sense of urgency and volume.
Ability to assist with networking and job fair events.
Experience with recruiting analytics.

$65,000-70,000 yearly salary.
