Nordic Cold Chain Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist for sourcing, screening and recommending candidates to fill positions as well as onboarding new hires. The incumbent will actively recruit qualified individuals primarily for open exempt level positions overseeing candidate interviews and screening, and collaborate with HR staff to formulate effective staffing strategies. The candidate will support a process and work environment in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other Federal, state and local regulations.
This is a full-time position based in Hatfield, PA.
Responsibilities
· Recruit qualified individuals to fill vacant positions.
· Create position requisitions and post positions to job boards.
· Oversee and conduct candidate interviews.
· Prepare recruiting metrics and feedback summary of candidate interviews.
· Assist with the new hire process for new employees including offer letters, drug and background screens and requisite employment paperwork.
Qualifications
· 3-5 years’ experience in full cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing.
· Knowledge of and experience with internet search tools and techniques.
· Creativity in sourcing candidates.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
· Strong organizational skills. Experience working independently.
· Existing relationships with universities and professional organizations
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. HR certification (CP or SCP) a plus.
· Fluency in Spanish a plus.
