Northrop Grumman Aeronautic Systems is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager 2 to lead our functional recruiting team including Business Management, HR, Security and more. This position can be based in San Diego, CA, Redondo Beach, CA, Palmdale, CA, Melbourne, FL or be telecommute/virtual with 25% travel.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
Partner with Executive Leadership, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams to drive strategic sourcing, recruiting, and hiring strategy aligned to intern and entry level talent. Oversee a team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners that will drive hiring initiatives and execution. Assess talent acquisition talent; strengthen team as necessary – with a focus on development and engagement.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting support, HR or closely related experience OR Masters with 8 years relevant experience OR an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience leading a team or demonstrated Lead experience through mentoring and training Recruiters.
Demonstrated project management skills
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically the ability to create and edit alluring deliverables
The ability to travel as needed to support different locations (min. of 25%)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in full cycle recruiting (including sourcing)
Prior experience leading virtual teams
Experience presenting to executive leadership
Prior training experience
Proficiency with Workday ATS
This position reports to Unknown City, FL, USA, however, this position can also be worked from San Diego, CA, CA, USA.
Salary Range: $105,600 USD – $183,400 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
