Purpose of Position:
Perform a variety of support in all areas of the Human Resources Department including, recruitment, employment and staffing, employee benefits, etc.
This position has the potential for job progression. Promotion is based on demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressive responsibilities and the needs within the department.

Minimum Requirements
Human Resources Associate
Education Associates Degree is preferred Applicable Field
Experience General (Non-supervisory) Supervisory
Amount: 2 years of administrative experience, 0 (years)
Type: including at least 2 years direct HR experience or demonstrated proficiency as an HR Associate at NSHC. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Must have both general and supervisory experience if indicated.
Credentials SHRM-CP certification is preferred
