Automotive Service Manager Requirements:
- Automotive Service Manager Experience Required
- Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record Required
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
Automotive Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Forecasts goals and objectives for the department.
- Trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of all service department personnel.
- Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty policy and procedures.
- Establishes and maintains 24-hour follow-up with all customers to confirm satisfaction with the service experience.’
