AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists with various Operations Department duties including:
I-9 processes to include reviewing, completing, and entering I-9s into Everify or I-9 Advantage and uploading into ADP document cloud
Assists with data entry in RM and ADP
Scans and uploads team member file documents into the ADP document cloud
Reviews and audits team member records in various HR databases
Assists in the production of team member ID badges including biweekly upload of photos into ADP WFN
Supports ADP self-service processes including:
Assists new team members with registration and onboarding including weekly follow up and communication to ensure all team members complete ADP registration
On-site visits to assist team members with ADP questions and issues
Monitors, responds, and tracks employee questions and issues that come through the ADP hotline
Acts as back up for ADP portal edits
Provides support to the Talent Acquisition Team including:
Audits various applicant and team member data (ADM RM Users, Jobs email archive, Facebook Employee Life)
Updates applicant status in RM
Uploads various hiring documents in RM
Manages Labor Law poster process
Provides support to the Talent Development Team including:
Conducts HR orientations in English and Spanish
Maintains Orientation materials
Enters data into the LMS
Acts as LinkedIn Learning Admin
Monitors T&D emails and answers or directs questions appropriately
Provides bilingual administrative support to the HR Division, assists with various projects and other duties as assigned such as purging records, distributing and/or scanning mail, responding to basic employment verifications, and assisting with translations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
2-year college degree or equivalent experience in HR, Administration, Business
6 months to 1 year experience working in an office environment, customer service and data entry;Knowledge of HR helpful; Bilingual skills a plus
PC and computer operations knowledge; MS Office 365 including Outlook, TEAMS, Excel, Word, SharePoint; experience with Smartsheet’s is a plus
Ability to type 40-50 wpm with high level of accuracy
Excellent customer service skills; must be dependable and consistent
Effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate respectfully to team members up and down the org chart
Good organizational skills: ability to manage and prioritize a variety of duties and meet deadlines
Maintain confidentiality, thorough attention to detail, and good problem solving and follow through
