AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitates leadership development curriculum. Delivers content in a manner that is efficient, engaging, and impactful.
Collaborates with leaders throughout the company to determine leadership development needs within each function that aligns with organizational goals/strategies.
Designs and implements effective leadership programs that support existing curriculum and has high focus on daily application. This includes building solutions outside of the classroom environment.
Serves as a professional coach to leaders throughout the organization. Works with individuals to develop new skills, improve performance and maximize their professional potential.
Partners with outside educational institutions, consultants, and contractors to provide a network of educational, training and consulting resources.
Research best practices in leadership development and integrates into program design. Evaluates effectiveness of programs and adjusts as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
4 year or equivalent in Adult Education, Communication, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
5 years’ experience in course design, facilitation of classroom and virtual training, employee performance improvement, supporting organizational change and/or managing organizational knowledge
Learning Management System (LMS)
Familiar with Articulate 360 a plus
Gallup Certified Strengths Coach designation a plus
