The Benefits Specialist is a key member of the Total Rewards and HR team ensuring we provide a best-in-class benefits experience for our employees. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization’s health programs, working to resolve escalated issues in a timely manner, and creating credibility through partnering with internal and external stakeholders. The Benefits Specialist will implement, manage, and support the overall health benefit programs for the organization and develop processes and procedures to drive efficiencies and increase employee understanding. The Benefits Specialist will work closely with benefit vendors and the broader HR team to evaluate existing benefit offerings while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
