General Summary of Duties:

• Managing financial performance for region.
• This position includes over 95% travel.
• Mentor and train sales directors in all aspects of sales and marketing to include, cold calling, tours, asking for the sale, business development, role playing, CRM database. Everything to set up for success.
• Strategic planning
• Manage and interpret sales and marketing budget to include census growth.
• CRM marketing experience (preferably Yardi)
• Able to understand ratios to include; leads, tours, closing.
• Community relationship building

Qualifications:

• Healthcare, gerontology, business or related field preferred
• Regional sales and marketing experience in senior housing
• Computer programs to include; Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook)
• CRM management (preferably Yardi)
