We are seeking a Human Resources Virtual Assistant to assist with posting job ads, onboarding/offboarding new team members, supporting the HRM and with general HR activities.
This position has flexible hours and lets you work from anywhere. You’ll be working in a start-up company of 30+ people, with many opportunities for promotion, bonuses, and advancement.

What you’ll be doing
Managing the onboarding of new staff.
Managing the offboarding for all leavers.
Posting job ads on various channels.
Managing relationships with all shortlisted candidates and recruitment channels.
Managing a repository of recruitment channels, including their pricing and specialisms.
Reviewing applicant resumes and co-ordinating the entire hiring process with team leads and project managers – e.g. ensuring mini-tests are completed, organising and setting up interviews and facilitating communication with all parties.
Preparing and managing all HR documentation including NDAs, contracts, handbooks, announcements etc. to ensure that they are released and completed in a timely manner.
Creating and managing an organized filing system, ensuring security of all confidential materials.
Working proactively with the HRM, PMs and Team Leads to identify skills and people requirements.
Producing HR reports for the HRM.
Create and manage key HR documentation such as organisational charts.
Work closely with the payroll department.
What you’ll need
Mandatory
2+ years’ experience working as a VA.
2+ years of experience in working in HR in any capacity.
Winning hearts and minds of people across the organisation to ensure you get the corporation to meet deadlines and targets.
Proven to be resilient. You’ll need to continuously problem-solve in order to complete your responsibilities.
Strong experience with Excel – Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas, etc.
Desirable
Experience within an affiliate or digital agency.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Human Resources, Administration or similar.
Experience with ClickUp, Systemhub, and/or Google Drive.
Training
