Key Responsibilities
Work closely with our care, operations and outreach leaders to make step-change improvements across the organization. Build strong relationships that reinforce HR as a key support mechanism for the organization
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills across all levels in the organization. Lead through listening and questioning
Utilize data and employee/client feedback to identify, prioritize and implement initiatives that eliminate friction and maximize employee satisfaction and retention
Build scalable HR capabilities and measurement systems (including scorecards) to continuously improve team operations and talent development capabilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership to the HR function with an emphasis on the team being a proactive influence for the organization
Advance employee adoption of PASCO’s Core Values
Serve as a thought leader and change agent for PASCO’s advocacy and diversity and inclusion efforts. Ensure compliance with all employment regulations (DOL, OSHA, EEO, etc)
Lead, coach, support and inspire HR team members to run best-in-class employee recruiting, development, benefits and compliance functions
Serve as coach and mediator on employee relations challenges. Bring an objective, mature, professional approach to listening and resolution. Work to determine the root cause(s) of issues and apply a systematic approach to resolving the issue using legal requirements and PASCO’s Core Values as your guide
Spearhead PASCO’s employee retention, learning and development and career planning initiatives
Be available to work at critical and impactful moments when urgent employee/client needs arise

Base Compensation: $80k-$85k
Experience
7+ years of proven success in a human resources, talent development or operations role
Ability to attract, coach, mentor and build a strong high-performance team. Servant-leadership mentality is a plus
Strong problem solving, analytical, process implementation and logical reasoning skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook and Word
Prior experience managing and developing talent
Willingness to dive into details and roll-up-sleeves while keeping eye on the “big picture”
Proven success in tracking & meeting employee recruiting, retention, engagement and productivity metrics
Presentation ability that is professional and engaging
Highly effective collaboration, facilitation and consensus-building skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a low-ego environment
Experience in the healthcare industry or Medicaid provider is a plus
