Summary:
The HR & Travel Coordinator position provides general support to the Human Resources function; manages system data and employee information; ensures compliance for assigned areas and assists the Comp & Benefits Manager with related tasks.

This is an on-site position operates in both an office environment and plant environment.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and be present on the plant floor.
Expected Hours of Work:
This position works 40 hours per week and involves longer hours when required.
Travel:
This position may require in town travel, among Paslin locations (4).
